We are living in a new era, more conscious, more responsible, we are trying to put into practice some simple but sincere commitments: more organic products at breakfast, partnership with Cafés Joyeux, less consumption of water and phosphates by a responsible management of your towels, selective sorting, abandonment of non-recyclable plastic, cleaning with ozonated water without chemicals, efficient and warm lighting but with low consumption, donations to associations of surplus food, beverages and hospitality products, installation of refillable dispensers in the bathrooms.
