FLExible rates

Deposit*: No prepayment - the hotel reserves the right to verify credit cards.

Modification/Cancellation* : free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival.

Cancellation on day of arrival or no-show : The full amount of the reservation will be charged.

*Please note that reservations of 5 rooms or more are subject to different conditions - see group.

PRE-PAID RATES - NON-CANCELLABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE

Deposit *: 100% of the total cost of your stay must be paid at the time of booking.

Modification/Cancellation *: The total amount of the prepayment will be retained for any cancellation/modification and will not be reimbursed.

GROUP RATES

Special conditions apply for group bookings. The hotel will provide a customised proposal, accordingly.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (APPLICABLE TO ALL RATES) : 

Breakfast (if not included in room rate): €22 per person per day, €12 for children under 12.

Extra bed: €40 per adult. Children under 12: free

Pet : €20 per day excluding food.

Tourist tax: €8.13 (€8.45 from January 01, 2025) per day per person over 18.

Parking : €30 per day (€40 from January 01, 2025)

VAT : Our rates include a 10% VAT rate. They are indicated according to the taxes currently in force, and may be modified according to the taxes applicable at the time of your stay.

Arrival : Rooms are available from 3pm.

Check-out : Rooms must be vacated by 12:00 pm at the latest. A late check-out charge of 50% of the room rate will be applied for any departure after this time.

Please note that all our rooms are non-smoking. In the event of non-compliance, you will be charged for the cost of restoring the room to its original state.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised for contracts for the supply of accommodation services other than residential accommodation, goods transport services, car rental, catering or leisure activities which are to be provided on a specific date or at a specific time.

Bloctel

Article L223-1 of the French Consumer Code gives customers the right to register free of charge on an opposition list against telephone canvassing:

Bloctel ( www.bloctel.gouv.fr) to avoid being contacted by a professional by telephone. Inclusion on this opposition list does not prevent telephone communications between Hôtel Récamier and the Customer as part of the contract between them.
