What is the time for check in and check out ?

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out until 12:00.

What if I arrive late at night

The reception is open 24h/24h. It would be advisable to send an email at bonjour@hoteladelejules.com or by phone at +33(0)148 24 60 70 to inform us about your expected arrival time, especially if you are arriving after 10 pm.

Can I check out after 12 AM ?

Yes, it is possible to keep your room longer on request, with an extra charge and depending on availability. For more information, please contact the reception desk the day before or on the morning of your departure.

Can I leave my luggage at the hotel before check-in or after check-out?

The Hôtel Adèle et Jules enables you to leave your bags and cases upon arrival before 3pm or after you have checked out. And if you are going to be away for a few days, we shall look after your luggage in your absence.

Can I use the early check-in and late check-out facilities ?

If you wish to arrive before 3 pm or leave after 12 am, please submit your request and we will do our utmost to oblige. Let us know as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary arrangements to meet your requirements.

Is the area lively?

Although the hotel is tucked away in a private road, you are literally just a stone’s throw from the distractions that the Grands Boulevards has to offer, in the way of French ‘bistronomy’, terraces full of life, cinemas and theatres, which make this area so vibrant and attractive. Feel free to ask our staff to recommend the best places to go, as the fancy takes you.

Is the hotel located in a safe area?

The Adèle & Jules is situated in an extremely tranquil part of Paris, in a quiet private road. The hotel is equipped with CCTV and our vigilant staff are on the premises around the clock. The Grands Boulevards area is lively and the atmosphere is always good natured, day and night. The police patrol the area regularly to ensure the safety of the many Parisians and tourists who come here for a stroll.

What are the advantages of booking via your website?

By booking directly through our website, you are guaranteed the best rate. In addition, the team of Hotel Adèle & Jules will do its utmost to satisfy your special requests - room with balcony, with shower or bathtub.... - Moreover, you can find our special offers exclusively on our website. From you to us, we believe in the benefits of proximity: it is one of the founding values of our hospitality.

Can I bring forward my departure date during my stay?

Please let us know 48 hours ahead of time for an early departure. If you decide to leave less than 48 hours ahead of time, you will be charged for one night.

How do I cancel or change my reservation?

Your booking confirmation will indicate the conditions for cancelling or changing your booking. Please do not hesitate to contact us (bonjour@hoteladelejules.com) for an optimal accompaniment in the preparation of your trip... whatever the hazards.

Are animals allowed?
On request, the Adèle et Jules hotel accepts animals for an extra charge of 20€ per day - excluding food.

Rooms

How many rooms are there in the hotel?

The Adèle & Jules hotel offers a total of 60 rooms*, distributed over two sister and brother buildings. From the ground floor to the 6th floor, there are 5 categories of rooms: Cosy Classiques, Parisiennes supérieures, Faubourg Deluxe, Boulevard Club and Capitale Junior Suites. (* of which 4 are equipped for disabled guests), and we also offer connecting family rooms.

What if there are more than two of us?

The Boulevard Club rooms can accommodate up to three people with a convertible sofa. The Capital_Junior-suite is suitable for families of four, with a sofa that folds out its two beds. For more comfort, we also offer communicating family rooms composed of 2 Superior Parisian rooms that communicate by a private corridor, thus joining the pleasure of two Queen or Twin beds and two bathrooms.

Do the rooms have a balcony?

If you wish to take a breath of fresh air from your room, please do not hesitate to ask our reservation service. Some of the Faubourg Deluxe and Boulevard Club rooms have a balcony typical of Haussmann buildings. And to add a little luxury to your choice, for an extra €30, you can also extend the pleasure of your Cosy Classique or Parisienne Supérieure room with a pleasant terrace. For the privilege of having breakfast outside your room when the weather is fine, let us know your request as soon as possible - we will do our best to satisfy it.

Can I store my laptop in the bedroom safe?

The safe in your room is designed to accommodate a laptop computer up to 15 inches.

Can I plug in my electrical devices in at the hotel?

The Adèle & Jules hotel provides adapter plugs free of charge at the reception desk. Please note, however, that the voltage in France is 230V. USB sockets are available in every room for charging your computer and connected equipment.

Does the hotel provide smoking rooms?

The Adèle & Jules hotel is a lover of fine wines, good food and physical exercise, but is non smoking throughout.

Services

Is there a restaurant in the hotel?

Hotel Adèle et Jules is located in the heart of an area which has a great many restaurants, from the finest gourmet establishments to the trendiest spots. Consequently, we do not offer our own dining facilities, apart from iour delicious breakfasts and tea time snacks. If you require room service, a menu featuring small cold and hot dishes and sweet and savoury snacks is available for your perusal, served in your room between 12 am and 10 pm.

Is there a hotel bar?

The Adèle & Jules features an Honesty Bar for use all day. The Bar, situated in the lounge on the ground floor, offers a selection of wines, spirits, refreshments and hot drinks. The Honesty Bar operates on a trust basis: just help yourself and list your purchases, which will be charged at the end of your stay only.
Tea time is one of Adèle & Jules’s signature convivial and relaxing moments. This is available at no extra charge daily, from 4pm to 6pm, and includes a choice of hot drinks and sweet snacks.

Does the hotel provide a massage service?

Whether you want a relaxing massage to get over jet lag or as a beauty treatment, we remain at your disposal to book an appointment with an expert therapist chosen especially by the hotel. You can book your massage through reception, who will be happy to explain the various types of treatment available in your room.

Which languages do your reception staff speak?

We welcome and advise you in French, English, Italian, Spanish, German, Portuguese and Russian... with an inimitable Parisian accent!

Will the hotel look after my allergies?

Worry not. allergy sufferers are well looked after at the Hotel Adèle et Jules, whether you're allergic to feathers or gluten. Our breakfast menus include a gluten- and lactose-free option and, of course, the duvets and pillows have been chosen for their plush, hypoallergenic qualities. 

Do you offer baby facilities?

For your little ones, we offer a cot, a high chair and a changing mat. We can also heat up the bottles and baby food that you entrust to us. However, the larger rooms are best suited for the installation of a small cot. 

Is there free internet access?

The Adèle & Jules hotel provides a free broadband Wi-Fi connection, both in the public areas and in the rooms. The Business Desk also features an additional internet access point for guests who need to use a computer. Our staff are also on hand to scan and print documents for you.

TRANSPORTATION

Are the parking facilities nearby?

Yes, with your room you can reserve a parking space, via our reservation service only. Subject to availability, we will be pleased to offer you a private parking space, just a stone’s throw from the hotel. The rate is €30 per day.

What's the most comfortable way to get to the airport?
We can arrange for a chauffeur-driven airport transfert, so that you can sit back and enjoy the journey, without having to deal with heavy or bulky luggage. This service is also available for small groups.
